“Straaltechniek have worked with us for a number of years. Primarily they service our shot blast machines, of which we have 5. The service contract we have with Straaltechniek, in basic terms, consists of them having access to the machines on a Friday to undertake a general service and any urgent repair work needed. When the service of each machine is complete a full report is made out and presented to myself. This report highlights any concerns over the condition of the machine or serviceability of any parts. Straaltechniek are always very flexible in their role here. Often undertaking work out of normal working hours and assisting our own maintenance team with work that is outside their service contract. I have always found all their employees professional and willing to help.”
